The best of the high flying housing market is gone.If you were able to get in and get out you probably were able to make a ton of money.Quite a few people did.But also quite a few people lost a lot of money. Those that didn't get in and out quick enough.

Once you can hire a good contractor, you are going to want to paint the inside first.  Bu don't forget the outside of the house.If you also include the painting of the exterior, you can really make it look great.  If the outside looks beautiful that can sell it right there.Don't forget that it will be what they see first.
